In May of 2005, NWLERC provided 500 glasses to BioRegions International for their mission to Mongolia. During their mission, BioRegions International served 329 people and dispensed 312 pair of glasses.

In May of 2005, NWLERC provided 1,000 glasses to the Seattle chapter of Vosh Northwest for their mission to Peru. During their two week mission, VOSH Northwest served 1,230 people and dispensed 1,000 pair of glasses.

On September 20, 2004, NWLERC provided 1,148 glasses to the Korean United Presbyterian Church of Seattle for their mission to Maranon, Honduras. During their ten day mission, the church served 900 people and dispensed 700 pair of glasses. The remaining glasses were donated to a local hospital for dispensing to the local community.
